    Hi,
At the onset I would praise you for posting such informative articles..because of ppl. like you I buy data packs 🙂 🙂 at least some of it are going for good..
Now coming to my query..almost all my funds are featured in the above list… 🙂 .. I am contemplating to switch to ICICI Value Disc. from Franklin India High Grwth. Cos. Fund. Though Franklin is performing good and I have no problem with it buy a few weeks back I compared it with ICICI one..and I found that ICICI one is better than Franklin both in terms of risk and returns… I invest via SIP route and thinking to change the scheme…
    What is your suggestion?

    • Dear Mayur,

Thanks for appreciation.I also recommend you to change from Franklin India High Growth fund to ICICI Pru Value Discovery Fund. The reasons are given below.

      (1) Major holding of Franklin India High Growth is in financial sector. If financial sector does not perform this fund is likely to under perform.
      (2) AUM of ICICI Pru Value Discovery Fund is High.
      (3) ICICI Pru value discovery invest 80% in to equity whereas Franklin India High Growth Fund Invest 70% in equity. So,if you are looking for more equity exposure ICICI Pru Value Discovery Fund is for you.
